“I was so overwhelmed and so appreciative of the people that showed up for the FFA cornhole for a cause, said FFA Advisor Gina Lunsford. “We had over 20 teams total and we raised $531 after prizes were given out. I would like to thank the parents that helped, as well as the family members that supported the contestants. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the FFA members who helped and participated,” Lunsford concluded.

For the middle school tournament, the winners were Payton Hodgin and William Jacobs. For the high school tournament, the winners were Samuel Day and Jordon Hall. The adult tournament winners were Kevin Dew and David Pope.

FFA President Samuel Day said, “I was so happy that there was such an awesome turn out. I can’t wait until we have another fun FFA event.”
