Billie Faye Turner Wilbanks

Billie Faye Turner Wilbanks, 75, of 321 Beaver Creek Pkwy., died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013.

Born in Monroe County, Ala., Mrs. Wilbanks was the daughter of the late Sammy and Sedama Whisinant Turner.

Mrs. Wilbanks was the former owner of Courtesy Cab Companay, Hoffman TV & Appliance and Sinclaire Service Center in Crownpoint, Ind. Mrs. Wilbanks was currently the owner and operator of B & D Cleaning & Painting and was a member of Roxboro Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Wilbanks is survived by her husband, Dan Wood; five children, Debbie Fronek of Roxboro, Georgia Morgan of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Phillip Wilbanks of Crown Point, Ind., Rosemary Easie and husband, Bob of Michigan City, Ind. and Molly Leeney of Crown Point, Ind.; one sister, Genene Adams and husband, Charles of Roxboro; 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchlidren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1, at Brooks & White Chapel by the Rev. Evan Walker. Burial will follow in Lamberth Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday at the Brooks & White Funeral Home prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Joe Fronek, Danny Fronek, Bob Easie, Adrian Harper, Kevin Adams and Jim Wood.
