The Roxboro Community School (RCS) dining hall received a 100-percent sanitation rating on Oct. 22. This translates to a status code of “A” for eating establishments.

The inspection by the Person County Health Department resulted in no corrective actions. When making inspections, the health department looks at things like the temperature of foods, cleanliness, and proper use of utensils .

The RCS dining hall staff includes MacBeth Ahrens, Cassandra Torian and Beverely Russ.

“I was very proud of my staff and we all work together as a team to maintain excellence,” said Russ.
