1. SUP-06-17 - Request by ESA Boston
Solar, LLC, on behalf of property
owners Edgar and Terri Talbert,
for a special use permit to allow a
solar energy system on 57.85 acres
located at 8117 Boston Rd (Tax Map
& Parcel A68-10) in the RC (Rural
Conservation) Zoning District.
The public is invited to attend the
hearing. Substantial changes may occur
to the request based on comments
from the public hearing. The Board of
