Bonnie Louise Fox Ridgeway, 71, of Roxboro, died Friday, June 12, 2020 at her home. Born in Person County, she was the daughter of the late Ozzie Alward Fox Jr. and Louise Pulliam Fox. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Larry Alward Ridgeway; grandchild, Bailey Louise Ridgeway; brother, Gary Thomas Fox.
Mrs. Ridgeway was a member of Somerset Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for a number of years. She enjoyed her family and especially loved watching her granddaughters grow.
Surviving are her husband, Wayne Thomas Ridgeway Sr. of the home; two children, Wayne Thomas Ridgeway Jr. and Tammy Ridgeway Farman (Allen), all of Roxboro; daughter-in-law, Amy Medlin of Roxboro; brother, Jim Fox of Mebane; three grandchildren, Taylor Michelle Ridgeway, Brittany Anne Farman and Allie Michelle Farman.
Visitation was held from 6-7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at Brooks & White Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, Tammy Ridgeway Farman (168 David Lane, Roxboro).
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2020 at the Somerset Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Gearhart and the Dr. Troy N. Rust officiating. Interment will follow in the Person Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Barry Long, Carnell Mooney Jr., Richard Fox, Todd Fox, Bobby Painter Jr. and Randy Fox. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Pierce Jr., LeRoy Culley and Shane Medlin.
