Whitt rejoins Pointer & Associates

David Whitt has rejoined the staff at Pointer & Associates in Roxboro.

He has lived in Roxboro/Person County most of his life from Hyco Lake to his current home Roxboro. His wife, Pam, is a third-grade teacher at Bethel Hill Charter School. They have two daughters, Jan W. Parker, who lives in Hillsborough with her husband Jordan, and Jennifer W. Morgan, who lives with her husband Nick in Youngsville. Whitt has three granddaughters and one grandson. He is a long-time member of Concord United Methodist Church near Hyco Lake.

Whitt is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1973-1975. He earned a degree in business administration from Alamance Community College and earned his first real estate salesman license on Jan. 2, 1987. Years later, he earned his broker license.

Whitt was the first salesman with Pointer & Associates Realty in 1987 helping CR (Clarence) Pointer start his business that is now in its 32nd year. Whitt kept his real estate license current all these years while working in the textile industry, hoping one day to return to a successful company he helped start, working with team members in his hometown of Roxboro.

“I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with you and for you in all your real estate needs. I genuinely love working with people. I am extremely dedicated to providing a beneficial and enjoyable experience you can trust, from beginning to end,” Whitt said.
