Tuesday, Jan. 3

No time listed – Officers responded to a report of conversion of property on Durham Road. The total estimated loss was $21,429.

No time listed – Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Ridge Road.

8 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of simple assault on North Main Street.

5:10 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of simple assault on Roach Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 5

1:26 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of larceny of a motor vehicle on Ridge Road.

4:15 p.m. – Allen Leon Brandon, 27, of Virginia, was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, felony larceny, felony possession of a stolen vehicle, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony fleeing arrest with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor driving with license revoked, misdemeanor speeding and misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger.

8:35 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of larceny on South Main Street. The total estimated loss was $60.

9:35 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of assault on a female on South Madison Boulevard.

11:40 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Park Street. 

Friday, Jan. 6

10:11 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering and larceny on Thaxton Road. The total estimated loss was $80.

10:15 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of vandalism on Mica Court.

11:27 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of vandalism on Durham Road.

2:19 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering and larceny.

Saturday, Jan. 7

No time listed – Officers responded to a report of larceny of a firearm on Ridge Road. The total estimated loss was $500.

1:51 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of larceny on South Madison Boulevard.

9:46 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of assault on a female on Providence Road.

Sunday, Jan. 8

11:34 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of larceny at Walmart on Durham Road.

9:32 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a missing person on Crestwood Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 5

7:15 a.m. – Deputies responded to a report of larceny of a motor vehicle on Boston Road.

4 p.m. – Shannon Michael Angus, 29, of Allensville Road, Roxboro, was charged with felony assault inflicting serious injury. Angus was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

Friday, Jan. 6

8:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of assault on a child under 12 years old on Hurdle Mills Road.

Saturday, Jan. 7

12 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Oxford Road.

8 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of simple assault on St. Paul Church Road.
