On March 13, 2023, after 86 years, Doris Ann Oakley Moore went home to be with her Lord and Savior. Funeral services was held Wednesday at Mt. Zion Global Methodist Church by the Pastor David King and Pastor Donald Daniels.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation was held Tuesday at the Brooks & White Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her son Michael Moore, 4141 Hurdle Mills Rd., Roxboro.
