PHS falls to Red Wolves

Rockets’ fifth-seed Kyaya Hughes snagged a game in her 6-1, 6-0 loss. Kalei Stephens and Zita Tong did the same for Person in the first doubles match, grabbing a game in an 8-1 defeat against Ballenger and Ella Caltabiano. Hughes and Cassidy Swanik also took a game in the second doubles match, an 8-1 loss to Cedar Ridge’s (7-6, 5-3) Annabeth Lundberg and Raven Mowles-Aring.

Person travels back to Hillsborough on Monday, as it faces off with Orange High School for a 4:30 p.m. first serve.
