RCS softball falls to Orange

Senior Zoe Goddard delivered RCS’s only extra base hit of the game with a triple while Kendall Dunevant, Zane Lappin, Emma Brandon and Carlie White each got on base with singles. 

Brandon pitched all six innings for the Bulldogs and was touched for eight runs, seven earned, on nine hits, four walks with eight strikeouts. 

RCS hosted Orange Wednesday night but results weren’t available at press time. 

The Bulldogs are set to host Falls Lake Friday at 6 p.m. at Bushy Fork Park.
